The first step in production after your final approval is cutting the die for the mold press. There is a tremendous amount of detail to get correct with minimal room for errors here. These stamps must be CNC machined from hardened steel to be able to withstand the casting process of your design, where molten steel is pressed through the most intricate crevices of your design.
The next step is the initial and YOUR very first coin to actually be stamped. This is where you will find your coin in its beginning phases before full production begins. This way we can assure you get exactly what YOU wanted without any deformities or misalignments.
Here we’re removing all the excess metal and removing any burrs from the edges of your coins.
Here we’re buffing and polishing the edges to make them have a smooth edge without any ridges, sharp points, and to prepare them for plating.
Now the coins have completed their plating process in your favorite finish and now ready to receive their paint to make them completely to your specifications.
Here your coins have completed the production phase as well as the paint phase. These coins were produced using both UV Soft Enamal as well as UV printing. They are now ready for the quality control and final inspection phase before packaging.
And at last your coins are complete, final inspection has been performed, and all that’s left is watch your doorstep for your coins to arrive in just a few short days.
